Matwork Pilates
Held in the Kilaben Bay Community Hall, this 5 week mat Pilates course will will start with the basics and move through a progressive program that adds on week by week. The course is suitable both for beginners and more experienced Pilates movers who are keen to add matwork to their practice.
Each session is one hour duration. Please bring your own mat. Other small apparatus will be provided.
